The CT3500 Single Tilt Liquid Nitrogen Cryo Transfer Holder is designed for low temperature transfer and subsequent recording of electron beam sensitive, frozen hydrated specimens in the TEM.

Frost-free specimen transfer

Two piece cryo shield encapsulates the frozen hydrated grid providing protection against damage caused by warming and frost formation during transfer to the electron microscope
Light weight cryo workstation provides low temperature specimen loading and protection prior to transfer of the specimen holder and frozen hydrated grid into the TEM
High resolution performance

Stable specimen temperature minimizes thermal drift to ensure high resolution performance
Specimen securing mechanism

Clamping ring screws into the specimen cradle to maintain excellent thermal contact between the specimen holder and the specimen grid
Optional beryllium specimen insert and Hexring®

For EDX analysis
System package

Includes temperature controller, protective sleeve with pump-out fitting, pump-out tool, cryo work station, clamping rings and clamping ring tools
