上海衡平二十多年专业从事全自动表/界面张力仪、微波消解仪、高精度高低温恒温槽、各类高精度电子天平、旋转式粘度计、低温冷却液循环泵、沉降式粒度仪、电化学产品等科学实验仪器的研发、生产、销售及服务和提供专业定制服务及解决方案的科技创新型企业。公司拥有一批经营管理、产品及方案开发和生产制造方面的中高级专业人才，依托上海的高新技术、信息和协作优势，自行开发、研制、生产的多种产品和专业需求的解决方案都得到了市场的广泛认可和用户好评。

Shanghai HengPing Instrument and meter Factory has experience a rapid development since it has established in 1996. It is a high-tech enterprise with R&D, production, marketing and sales services. HengPing is specializes in producing automatic surface tension meter; precision thermostat bath ( hot and cold temperature); multiple series of high-precision electronic balance; rotational viscometer; sedimentation particle size analyzer and other laboratory instruments. HengPing has a production base in Baoshan City Industrial Park which covers an area of 21 acres.  It owns a number of senior professionals in management, R&D and manufacturing.
